Ticket Refunds:

• Refund requests must be made in writing to the AI Fusion@Kakinada organizing team.
• Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event start date.
• Refunds requested within 30 days of the event will not be processed, except under extraordinary circumstances such as medical emergencies.

Transfer of Tickets:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying us in advance.

Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that AI Fusion@Kakinada 2025 is canceled, full refunds will be provided to all registered participants.
